在老城中心位置優越，房間舊不過還算寬敞，衞生很一般，設施比較陳舊，廚房的電爐弄了半天不會用，住了兩天，入住是自助，但衹有一台機器功能不行，在第二個界面就卡住了，打了幾個電話沒有人來幫助，一堆白人和我們一起楞在那半個多小時… 沒有前台，行李死重搬上台階後來才知道電梯在大門外還要轉個彎，正好有一個星期天＂樓下吵得不行，因為樓下就是歺廳和店，一直喧嘩到凌晨兩點半，我們在盧塞恩5天，其實城市比較小，住在老城沒有必要，性價比較低

地點在舊城區，周遭都是商店很便利，但是拖行李不容易，因為是小石地板，自助check in方便，房間還行，但是我們住的206房洗手檯下方水管嚴重漏水，希望飯店可以修理，讓下次入住的客人不會遇到同樣的狀況。

在房間燒飯的話油煙會比較厲害自助入住還算方便在老城區地址很好如果來旅行的還是很方便的淡季便宜我入住的時候差不多1200一天聖誕節之後跨年前夕晚上比較吵夜裡1-2點還很熱鬧不是很安靜

房間比較小，自助入住是可以，但是還是有人工會更方便一些。房間居然還分到裡面有個台階的，不小心還摔倒了，英語口語不好的建議不要訂，電話跟客服溝通很麻煩。

空間很大，有設計感又不顯得廉價。燈光偏暗，但是瑞士普遍是這個風格，燈光設計很好。入住退房全自助，沒毛病。就是老城區需要搬著箱子走好多樓梯。

訂了房間以後，可以從旁邊咖啡館轉進門，在入口機器上自己登記入住訊息後，開通房卡（在旁邊小藍裡取） … 房間在頂樓. 房間很小. 但很乾凈. 整潔.. 大床，適合二個人住. 衞生間較小. 衹能容納一個人. 樓下有咖啡館，可以早餐. 適合旅遊.

Good location. Hotel sent email with self check-in instruction, however, hotel should provide direction for travelers with luggage (as there is no information about another entrance which is easier for luggage). There are many stairs inside the hotel, travelers with big luggage may want to take into consideration.

This is by far the best hotel my wife and I stayed at during our 10 days in Switzerland. The location is right in the center of Lucerne old town, which is only about 9 minutes walking to the main station. Most importantly, the hotel is very well-decorated and stylish. The lightings and the atmosphere are perfect. Truly recommend this hotel for your 訂房網站 to Lucerne.

Great location, inside old town and close to train station and cruise piers. However, the cleanliness needs improvement. For eg there was a used towel hanging at the back of the toilet not cleared, and underneath the sofa bed was filled with dust.
